A lot is going on, but it needs to be better aligned so investors can make decisions based on comparable and consistent public reporting. The new challenge is how to integrate climate-related risks into the stress testing process. Participants discussed various aspects of this issue. The first one related to the giorno problem – the lack of credible patronato on climate-related risks and on the potential impact of these risks on financial institutions and on the financial system.
